Berlin, 2 September, 2006 – It was the 10th time that Berlin’s hit radio „104.6 RTL“ gave their fans in Berlin and Brandenburg a free music marathon extravaganza. Since the premiere of „Stars for Free“ in 1997, more than 17,000 music fans annually congregate on one of the capitals most beautiful open-air arenas to see their stars and idols perform live.
For the 10th anniversary of the event at the Kindl-Stage Wuhlheide on September 2, 2006, top acts included Kim Wilde, Simon Webbe, the Hermes House Band and many more.
The evening was crowned with a firework-finale, stage by Potsdamer Feuerwerk.
